She is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel deeply understood and supported to make meaningful, lasting change.
Tayla’s therapeutic style is collaborative, genuine, and grounded in evidence-based practice. She has experience across adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, trauma, stress and burnout, body image concerns, relationship and friendship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, parenting issues, and grief and loss. Her approach weaves together practical strategies, emotional insight, and a strong focus on building resilience and self-confidence.
Tayla’s early career included work supporting young people, giving her a nuanced understanding of emotional development and the broader family and social dynamics that shape wellbeing. She now applies this expertise to clients across the lifespan, helping both adolescents and adults navigate complex emotions, overcome unhelpful patterns, and develop skills that support a more fulfilling and balanced life.
In addition to therapeutic intervention, Tayla is skilled in conducting psychological assessments, including ADHD, learning difficulties, and other neurodevelopmental or cognitive concerns.
