Stevee-Rae is a Registered Psychologist who adopts a warm, compassionate, and client-centred approach to therapy. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for meaningful and lasting change, and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.
Stevee-Rae works with individuals across the lifespan and has a particular passion for supporting adolescents as they navigate identity development, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and the many transitions that accompany this stage of life. She has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence, and disordered eating.
In addition to providing evidence-based psychological therapy, Stevee-Rae enjoys conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to develop a deeper understanding of each individual’s unique strengths, challenges, and lived experiences. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a meaningful understanding of the factors contributing to their current difficulties, before supporting them to build insight, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies that promote lasting psychological wellbeing. Her therapeutic style emphasises self-compassion, personal growth, and helping clients create meaningful and sustainable change.
