Samira is a registered psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She has experience supporting adults, adolescents, and families through individual therapy across both private and community settings.
Samira brings a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy and is passionate about creating a space where people feel safe, genuinely heard, and understood. She works collaboratively with clients to develop insight, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Samira values tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals, supporting her clients in deepening their self-understanding, developing practical coping strategies, and working toward meaningful change.
Samira supports clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, and challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals and their families, as well as other psychological difficulties. Her work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. Samira approaches her work through a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming framework, thoughtfully adapting therapy to each client’s strengths, experiences, and individual needs.
