Rachel is experienced in working with both adults and adolescents in individual and group therapy, across private and community settings. She is passionate about supporting adults with a broad range of concerns, with a particular interest in life transitions and the challenges of middle adulthood. Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, interpersonal and emotional regulation difficulties, and adjustment issues. She also has a special interest in eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and parenting and family issues.
In her practice, Rachel draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. She also integrates psychodynamic principles and attachment frameworks to support self-awareness and psychological growth.
