Prue is a registered psychologist who is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to adolescents and adults. Prue’s client-centred approach ensures that each individual feels valued, heard and understood throughout the therapeutic process. Prue has a passion for building connections and rapport with people from all walks of life, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental environment for growth and healing.

Prue has a special interest in areas such as anxiety, depression, OCD, body image concerns, eating disorders, adjustment issues, emotional regulation, anger management, and grief and loss. Prue’s mission is to empower her clients to cultivate resilience, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and enhance their overall well-being. Through collaborative exploration and guidance, she endeavors to facilitate positive change and promote meaningful growth in the lives of those she serves. Prue tailors therapy to the unique needs and circumstances of each individual and provides evidence-based interventions and personalized strategies to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their therapeutic goals.
