Laura is a registered psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology and a strong passion for helping individuals create the unique conditions they need to thrive. She takes a strengths-focused, evidence-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s experiences, needs, and goals. Laura supports adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges, and uses an integrated approach drawing on evidence-based frameworks to facilitate meaningful and sustainable change. Her special interests include self-esteem and confidence challenges, attachment and relationship difficulties, body image disturbances, and eating and feeding disorders. She is also skilled in administering intellectual and achievement-based assessments and supporting individuals to access accommodations that best align with their unique needs and preferences.
Laura brings extensive experience across educational, healthcare, disability, and organisational settings, supporting people individually, as well as in couples, families, and group contexts. At the core of her practice is the belief that a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful change. Laura creates a non-judgemental, supportive, and responsive space where clients can safely reflect on their experiences, develop insight, and explore more compassionate and authentic ways of relating to themselves and others.
