Katerine-Ann (Kat) is a warm and caring Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about holding a space where each client feels safe, seen, and heard. Kat has experience working collaboratively with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, low mood, trauma and PTSD, OCD, low self-esteem, grief and loss, stress and burnout, adjustment, chronic pain and health issues, and school and emotional difficulties. Kat is committed to supporting each client’s wellbeing by nurturing their unique set of strengths, intrinsic worth and purpose.
Throughout the therapeutic journey, Kat enjoys gently supporting individuals to develop new skills, resources, and perspectives that build confidence, independence, and hope. With a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, Kat draws from trauma-informed and evidence-based cognitive and somatic approaches and interventions to advocate for each client’s emotional health and renewal.
