Anna is a registered psychologist with experience supporting adolescents and adults across a wide range of concerns. She has worked in community, public, and private sectors, and is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard and empowered. Her therapeutic style is warm, down-to-earth, and client-centred, with a focus on building strong rapport and tailoring support to each individual’s therapeutic goals and values.
With a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Anna brings a broad lens, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and values-focused interventions. She supports clients to better understand themselves, navigate life’s complexities, and connect with what matters most to them. Her approach is grounded in compassion and curiosity, aiming to support individuals build clarity and confidence in their day-to-day lives.
