Hayley is a registered psychologist who is experienced working with individuals across the lifespan, bringing both professional expertise and lived understanding to her practice. She is passionate about helping individuals feel seen, supported, and understood – particularly during times of transition, stress, or emotional overwhelm.

Hayley supports clients experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, parenting stress, burnout, and self-esteem concerns. She is deeply committed to helping clients make sense of their experiences, develop self-compassion, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

As both a psychologist and a parent of a neurodivergent child, Hayley has a nuanced appreciation for the complexities, strengths, and unique perspectives that come with viewing the world through a different lens. Her personal experiences have shaped her warm, grounded, and validating therapeutic style, enabling her to connect with clients in a genuine and empathetic way.

Hayley’s approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual. She draws on a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and psychoeducation for clients and families. Her goal is to help each person not only cope, but grow – creating space for healing, resilience, and a renewed sense of self-worth.
