Rachel is a registered psychologist who has experience working with individuals across the lifespan in both individual and group settings within private practice. Rachel is passionate about supporting her clients to identify and meet their therapy goals using a compassionate and collaborative approach. She strives to establish a warm and non-judgmental space, incorporating elements from a range of evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences. She is dedicated to nurturing a relationship where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and struggles while advocating for their strengths.

Rachel has a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), providing both therapy and comprehensive assessments. She uses a neuroaffirming approach, emphasising the strengths and unique perspectives of her clients while addressing their specific challenges. Her extensive experience in this area allows her to conduct thorough assessments that inform precise diagnoses and individualised treatment, ensuring that each client receives the most effective care possible.

Rachel is also experienced in working with a variety of other issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, confidence, self-esteem, emotion regulation, and interpersonal difficulties.
