With over 18 years of experience in medical reception, Bernadette brings a wealth of knowledge and warmth to our front desk. She has worked across a range of private healthcare settings, including with psychiatrists, psychologists, general practitioners, dietitians, and other allied health professionals.

Her kind and welcoming nature helps ensure that every client feels safe, supported, and at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. Known for her friendly smile and genuine care, Bernadette is an invaluable part of our team. Outside of work, Bernadette cherishes time with her family, enjoys peaceful walks, and is a self-declared chocolate lover — so much so, she even has her own chocolate fountain! Her sweet nature (and sweet tooth) makes her a truly special part of our team.
